• E-brochure and availability requests — facilitating access to developer materials upon your request.
• Referral to developers — connecting interested buyers with the relevant property developer's sales team when appropriate.
• Follow-up communication — contacting you via phone, WhatsApp, or email based on your submitted enquiry.

All services are provided by a BOVAEA-registered negotiator acting on behalf of GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd. We do not charge buyers any direct fees for our advisory and referral services — our remuneration is provided by property developers upon successful transactions.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the site. Specifically, you agree not to:
